Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Charge Nurse – Georgia
Start Date: October 5, 2026
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants (includes additional $5/hour differential for charge responsibilities)
Schedule: Weekend schedule Friday through Sunday; on-call requirements include one weekday per week and one weekend rotation every 5-6 weeks; patient ratio 1:1

- Opportunity to work with adult and geriatric patient populations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience required
- Previous charge experience strongly preferred
- Active Georgia or Compact RN license required at time of application
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Epic charting system experience required
- Proficiency in cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular surgical procedures including scrubbing capabilities
- Community hospital and trauma center (Level I or II) experience preferred
- Full compliance with all credentialing requirements must be completed prior to start date
- Flexibility to work major holidays and limited time-off requests strongly preferred
