**Exciting CVOR RN Opportunity – Start 10/05!**
**Job Description:**
- **Assignment Duration:** 16-26 weeks
- **Shift Options:**
- 4 days, 10-hour shifts (0645-1715) or
- 3 days, 12-hour shifts (0645-1915)
- **Call Requirements:**
- One or two weekday calls (1900-0715)
- One full weekend of call every 5 weeks
- Flexibility to meet unit and patient care needs
**Requirements:**
- BLS certification required; CNOR preferred
- Prior travel experience is essential
- Circulate only - must have general OR experience
- Experience in a large (500+ beds) academic teaching hospital is a must
- Minimum 2 years OR RN experience with recent cardiovascular/open heart OR experience
- Potential to float to other OR suites (general, ortho, neuro, ENT, etc.), circulating only
- Epic experience within the past 2 years is mandatory and non-negotiable

- Orientation available bi-weekly on Mondays; next orientation is on 10/19
- Explain all employment gaps over 90 days
- Complete work history information required (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.)
**Important Notes:**
- Public transportation is not accessible; reliable transportation is crucial
- Personal or rental vehicles strongly recommended
- Vehicles should have all-season or snow tires from November to April
