Teaching Client experience and Level II Trauma experience required. Scrub experience is essential. Description: The position requires a skilled CVOR RN for a fast-paced environment. The RD is expected to handle various cardiac surgical procedures and assist surgeons during operations. Key competencies include advanced cardiac surgery knowledge and experience with specialized surgical equipment. The RN will participate in team-based care, collaborating with surgeons, surgical technologists, and other healthcare staff. The unit features specialized equipment and requires familiarity with these tools for effective patient care. The RN will be expected to provide post-operative patient care and education. Flexibility to participate in call rotations for weekends and evenings is necessary. The candidate should be prepared to work required holidays throughout the assignment. Professional development through continuous learning and adherence to infection control standards is expected.
