Travel Nurse RN - Cardiovascular Operating Room - $2,927 per week in Des Moines, IA

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Duration: 26 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 10 hours (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM) Experience: Minimum of 24 months of current operating room and CVOR experience required. Cardiovascular OR experience required. General circulating and general operating room experience required. Strong proficiency in cardiac, vascular, and thoracic cases required. Basic general surgery circulating experience required. EPIC electronic medical systems experience within the previous 3 years required. Trauma Level I experience preferred; Trauma Level II experience required. Must have completed a travel assignment within the previous 15 months. Scrub experience, including open heart scrubbing, required. License: Active Iowa license or compact/multistate license required. Certifications: BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required. Must-Have: Current operating room and CVOR experience. Experience in cardiovascular cases. Significant experience in cardiac procedures. General circulating experience in operating rooms. Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records. Ability to perform in a Level I/II trauma setting.
