**Join Our Dynamic CVOR Team!** - **Location:** Cypress, TX - **Unit Information:** - **Number of Operating Rooms:** 11 - **Staff Count:** 30 - **Patient Ratios:** 1:1 - **Type of Staff:** - Day Shift: 1 Charge RN, 10 RNs, 10 CSTs, 2 Schedulers, 3 Anesthesia Techs, 2 Orderlies - Night Shift: 1 RN, 1 CST - **Equipment Used:** - Hana beds, Axis bed, Trios bed - Davinci robots (3), Stryker Towers, Storz towers - ECMO machine, Perfusion pump, and more - **Electronic Medical Records (EMR):** Expanse - **What We’re Looking For:** - **Must-Have Skills:** - CVOR experience - Ability to handle vascular and robotic cases - Willingness to take on-call shifts - **Preferred Skills:** - Endovascular experience - Moderate sedation experience - Capable of performing ortho, ENT, gyn, and general cases - **Typical Procedures:** - CABG (with or without valves) - AAA and endovascular AA - ECMO - Varied robotic and laparoscopic surgeries - Temporal artery bypass, Thrombectomy, and more - **Best Personality Fit:** - Hard worker - Team player - Flexible and proactive attitude - **Required Certifications:** - RN License - BLS, ACLS, and PALS - CNOR certification is a plus - **Work Environment:** - Surgery Department only - Diverse case load including general, ortho, ENT, gyn, podiatry, urology, and plastic surgeries - **Dress Code:** - Scrubs: Navy Blue - **On-Call Requirements:** - Call from Monday-Friday starts at the end of the shift until 7 AM the next morning - Weekend call is 24 hours, typically one call day and a weekend call per month --- **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
