Job Title: CVOR Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: CVOR Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Valid state license must be in hand at submission Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Cardiac scrub experience is required. - First-time travelers may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Description: LOCAL / FIRST TIMER - LICENSE PENDING CVOR RN. Screening for first-time travelers is required. Position will float between units as needed. On-call duties are required based on unit needs. Weekends are required; one on-call weekend per month. No block schedules are required. Expected patient ratios are 1:1. Candidates must have a vehicle for this assignment. Travelers may be expected to float to other units as necessary. Response to floating assignments will be compensated with an incentive when specified. The facility operates as a short-term acute care center. Staff includes interdisciplinary support services. Daily census and specific patient diagnoses were not disclosed. All scrubs for the operating room/cath lab will be provided. Charting is done through a specified system. Submission of references covering the last year will be necessary. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays. Inflexibility regarding contracted schedules may lead to termination.
