- **Floor:** 1st floor
- **Number of Beds:** 2 rooms
- **Staffing:** 1 RN, 1 Tech (with 2 RNs and 1 Tech on call)
- **General Information:**
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:1
- **Type of Equipment:**
- Impella
- ECMO
- Bypass pump
- Laser (lead extraction)
- EVH
- Rapid Transfuser
- **Documentation System:** Meditech
- **Call Requirements:** On-call is split and dependent on staffing
- **Typical Hiring Profile:**
- **Must Have:**
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- 2 years of recent experience in an acute OR setting
- Proficient in all service lines and ability to scrub
- Availability for rotating weekends

- **Additional Preferences:**
- RN capable of functioning across surgical specialties (excluding CVOR)
- Strong observational, assessment, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent bedside manner and proficient in charting
