License: Current RN License in California Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: 3 years of experience in Open Heart Surgery. Experience in Pediatric CV and Vascular Hybrid preferred. On Call required - average of 3 days of call each week and 1 or 2 weekends per month. Description: Required qualifications include a CA RN license. Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are essential. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in Open Heart Surgery. Experience in Pediatric CV and Vascular Hybrid is preferred. On Call duties are required; there are 4 call teams with varying schedules. Weekend call is typically from Friday 15:00 to Monday 06:30. Block scheduling may be approved by management and should be discussed during the interview. All candidates must provide accurate work history information going back 7 years. Compliance documents are due 10 days prior to the start of the contract. Candidates must complete labs within 3-5 days of contract signing. Candidates must provide 2 references obtained within the last year. Candidates should be prepared for a work history verification process.
