**Job Description:**

- Number of Beds: 5 ORs (3 open and 2 hybrids)
- Staff Composition: 15 dedicated team members
- Patient Ratios: 1:1 ensuring personalized care
- Type of Equipment: State-of-the-art OR technology
- EMR System: Meditech for efficient patient management
**Typical Hiring Profile:**
- **Must Have:**
- RN license for nurses
- CST for scrub tech
- **Preferred/Nice to Have:**
- CNOR certification for nurses
**Typical Procedures Performed:**
- CABG
- AVR
- MVR
- Aortic replacements
- Vascular procedures
- Heart transplants
**Best Personality Fit:**

**Required Certifications:**
- ACLS
- BLS
**Floating Area(s):**
- Spine OR
**Dress Code:**
- Scrub color/attire provided for OR staff
**Unit Guidelines/Policies:**
- On-call protocol: 45 minutes response time from phone call to clock-in
**Weekends and On-call:**
- Weekend and night shifts covered by call shifts
