TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified CVOR RN in Charleston, South Carolina, 29406!

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Surgery Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiovascular Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 17:00 Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Thoracic and vascular experience, including heart and valve replacements. Description: Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy. Traveler is expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation. Applicants need thoracic and vascular experience, including heart and valve replacements. Unit specifics: Number of beds is 17. Patient ratios are 1:1. Staffing includes 1 RN and 1 CST per room, turnover staff, and 1 charge RN. Anesthesia coverage is 4:1. In-house night shift is available. Type of equipment includes XI Robot, advanced spine, and Mako joint robot. Documentation system utilized is Meditech. Scheduling requires 3 call shifts (12-hour) for 4 weeks. Options for days and nights are available. Floating policy does not require rotation. High patient experience standards are emphasized. Certifications include Total Joint, Heart Center, Level 2 trauma, Stroke, and Cardiac Center recognition. Requested skill set includes circulating RN experience in various surgical areas. Strong skills are necessary in cardiac procedures. Advanced skills are needed in general circulating knowledge, including positioning, prepping, and facilitating surgeries. Procedures performed cover general, trauma, orthopedic, urology, GYN, plastics, and neuro services. Dedicated staff provides care for cardiac and thoracic needs.
