TYPICAL HIRING PROFILE

SKILL SET MOST RECRUITED FOR: General / Trauma OR Skills

MUST HAVE:

Operating Room experience

Labor & Delivery experience alone is not applicable

Neuro experience

Ortho/Spine experience

At least 1 year of experience

PREFERRED / NICE TO HAVE:

Trauma Center experience

Ortho experience

TYPICAL PROCEDURES PERFORMED ON UNIT:

Orthopedic procedures

Neurological procedures

Robotic procedures

General surgery

Trauma surgery

Urology

BEST PERSONALITY FIT:

Team player

Positive attitude

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

BLS ​ACLS

WEEKENDS / ON-CALL:

Call requirements are approximately 10 days per month, but may be up to 15 days per month
