Must be able to circulate complex cardiac cases, thoracic, vascular. Must be able to scrub general OR cases, including surgical oncology, colorectal, pans/biliary minimally invasive, plastics, endocrine, and bariatric. License: SC or multi-state RN license must be in hand at the start of the contract. Certifications: BLS, ACLS – must be AHA. Required radiation badge, provided by agency. Must-Have: Experience with CABG, TAVR, LVAD, Impella, valve surgeries, ascending and descending aorta surgeries, heart and lung transplants. Description: We are seeking a CVOR Registered Nurse to join our team. The RN will work 3x12-hour shifts from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM. There is an on-call requirement of one weekend every four weeks. Holiday call may also be required. Ideal candidates will have experience in circulating complex cardiac and vascular cases. The RN will also be required to scrub general OR cases in various specialties. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience will be considered. First-timers may be accepted only with 5+ years of experience. Local candidates will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All requests for time off must be submitted at the time of application. Hurricane season runs from June through November, with peak activity in August and September.
