Description:
Hiring process involves a profile review followed by an interview with the unit manager.
The unit has 16 suites with an average of 30 cases per day, including 1-2 open heart cases.
Clinicians may need to float to the General Operating Room as needed.
The scheduling allows one weekday call per week and one weekend call per month, rotating with staff.
Client provides scrubs in light blue.
Team members have access to a call room on-site if needed.
Floating requirements may include working in general areas if no CVOR cases are available.
Cancellation policy allows the hospital to cancel a specified number of shifts during the assignment.
Charting system used is EPIC.
Weekend shifts may include Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Holiday and call preferences are welcomed if available.
Response time for call is 30 minutes.
Position requires strong collaboration with surgical teams.
