Description:
Responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgical procedures.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the appropriate medical staff.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and families about post-operative care and recovery.
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Work every other weekend and during holidays in rotation with hospital employees.
