Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts (5:30 AM – 2:00 PM) | On-Call Required (Weekend call every other week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care within a cardiovascular operating room environment at a 1:1 patient ratio
• Scrub and/or circulate for cardiovascular surgical procedures in accordance with facility protocols
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic health records
• Participate in on-call coverage, including weekend call rotation every other week
• Float within the assigned hospital or to a nearby affiliate facility as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license or valid Compact RN license at time of submission
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience required
• Willingness to participate in on-call scheduling, including weekend call every other week
• Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible — locals are not accepted under standard travel compliance rules
• Former permanent employees of this health system must have a gap of at least 12 months before returning as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Experience in a teaching hospital environment
