- **Location:** Heart Tower, 2nd Floor
- **Number of Beds:** 3 Operating Rooms
- **Staffing:**
- Total Staff: 26
- Day Shift: Skill mix of RN and ST – 4 each daily
- Night Shift: None
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:1
- **Equipment:** EMR - Meditech
- **Typical Hiring Profile:**
- **Must Have:**
- Open heart and vascular surgery experience
- Operating room experience
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Additional open heart and/or vascular experience
- **Typical Procedures:**
- CABG, Valve Replacement, Carotid Endarterectomy, ECMO
- Angiogram, Fistulagram, Fistula Creation, Lower extremity Bypass
- **Best Personality Fit:**
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- **Required Certifications:**
- RN, BLS, ACLS
- **Floating Area(s):**
- Main OR
- **Dress Code:**
- Scrubs provided by the unit
- **Weekend and On Call Requirements:**
- Average 4-5 days per month on call
- 1 weekend per month
