**Responsibilities:**
- Demonstrate independence and expertise in providing routine and complex nursing care.
- Utilize the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Address various psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs for patients and families.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring side effects and overall effectiveness.
- Thoroughly document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
- Assess learning needs and educate patients, families, and caregivers on essential health issues.
**Job Requirements:**
- Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in a related nursing specialty is preferred.
- CVOR and EPIC charting experience is required (minimum of two years).
- Licenses/Certifications:
- BLS certification (AHA only).
- RN License in the state of TX or compact license.
