    Contract / Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Rotating Weekends | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity Cardiovascular ICU setting, supporting post-CABG, post-VAD, and post-cardiac catheterization patients
    • Manage and monitor hemodynamic devices including Swan-Ganz catheters, arterial lines, IABP, Impella, and ECMO
    • Perform ventilator management and respond to changes in patient respiratory status
    • Utilize electronic documentation system (Meditech) for accurate and timely charting and order entry
    • Float to other units as required in accordance with facility floating policy
    • Adhere to facility dress code, attendance, and badging policies including punctual clock-in requirements
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Texas RN License (Temporary licenses not accepted)
    • Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
    • Proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring including Swan-Ganz catheters and arterial lines
    • Demonstrated ventilator management skills
    • Current ACLS and BLS certifications
    • NIH Stroke Scale certification required
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump)
    • Exposure to CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy)
    • Familiarity with Meditech charting and order entry
