Schedule / Job TypeContract | Night Shift | 3×12-hour shifts | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnoses, care issues, and identify measurable outcomes
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, coordinating delivery across the interdisciplinary team
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver care in a safe, healing, and compassionate environment
- Provide health education and information directly to patients, families, and the treatment team
- Participate in discharge planning to support continuity of care
- Delegate and coordinate duties among healthcare team members using critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Minimum of two years of recent experience in a CVICU or relevant acute care setting
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
Preferred Experience / Skills- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience in an advanced cardiovascular care environment
- Flexibility with holiday scheduling considerations
