Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
- Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
- Support nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate patient care
- Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona or compact eligibility
- Experience in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting
- Current BLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel or contract nursing experience
- Familiarity with cardiovascular monitoring and critical care protocols
