    Contract | Full-Time | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Every Other Weekend Required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct care to adult and geriatric patients received directly from the OR, including sedated and intubated patients on multiple drips with Swan-Ganz catheters in place
    • Manage and titrate vasoactive and other continuous IV drips with precision
    • Operate and monitor specialized equipment including Impella, IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump), temporary pacemakers, pericardial and pleural chest tubes, and ventilators
    • Perform and oversee CRRT/Prismaflex therapy as indicated
    • Float to ED, ICU, and CVIMC units as needed per staffing requirements
    • Adhere to all facility compliance policies, including documentation standards within the electronic health record system
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN license (pending licenses considered; active license preferred at time of submission)
    • Minimum 2 years of RN experience with Open Heart surgery experience required
    • Experience with ECMO, Impella, and Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) required
    • BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
    • Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility — local candidates will not be accepted
    • Two professional references required from assignments worked within the last 12 months (references within 6 months preferred)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Previous charge nurse experience preferred
    • EPIC electronic health record experience preferred
