One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months. Required Qualifications Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in CVICU (travel experience may be considered).
Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting
Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Participate in required facility orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate testing
Work at least every other holiday as required by the facility
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in CVICU (travel experience may be considered)
Active and unencumbered permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
Active ACLS certification required
Active NIHSS certification required

18 months of CVICU experience within a single facility location
Prior travel nursing experience in a CVICU or comparable critical care environment
