    Contract | 26-Week Assignment | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (Days/Nights) | 36 Hours/Week | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide 24-hour monitoring and advanced nursing care for patients recovering from complex heart, lung, and vascular surgeries
    • Manage patients with severe cardiac and/or respiratory conditions in a high-acuity cardiothoracic intensive care setting
    • Utilize EPIC electronic health records for documentation and patient management
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver specialized critical care in a Level 1 Trauma environment
    • Participate in weekly unit orientation as required
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility
    • Minimum of 2–3 years of total nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a CT/CVICU setting
    • ACLS (AHA) certification required
    • BLS (AHA) certification required
    • Experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility required
    • Prior travel nursing experience required
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with post-operative cardiac and thoracic surgical patients
    • Familiarity with advanced hemodynamic monitoring and vascular support devices
    • Strong critical thinking skills in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
