Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular ICU Registered Nurse – Kansas
Start Date: September 1, 2026
Location: Overland Park, Kansas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3 shifts per week, including 3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule; 48 hours guaranteed weekly

- Advanced patient population including post-open heart procedures, ECMO cannulation, IABP, and Impella management
- State-of-the-art equipment including Alaris IV pumps, GE bedside monitors, IABP, and Impella devices
- Meditech electronic documentation system
- May float to Medical ICU and floor units as needed
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Kansas or compact state licensure
- ACLS/BLS or ALS/BLS certification required
- Experienced ICU RN with demonstrated critical care competency
- Must have experience with: Telemetry, Pressors, Positive Inotropes, Pacemakers, Chest Tubes, Cath/EP Lab recovery, Pericardial drains, and frequent vital sign assessments
- CVICU experience strongly preferred
- Charge nurse experience preferred for night shift candidates
