Schedule: 12-hour shifts with every other weekend requirement. Holiday coverage required (1 of 2 or 2 of 3 holidays per unit needs). Patient ratios typically 1:2 or higher based on acuity and census. Floating required to all ICUs, PACU ICU holds, ED ICU holds, and Cardiac IMC units within skillset.

Requirements:
- Active New Jersey or Compact state RN license required at time of submission
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Minimum 2 years of recent CVICU experience required; SICU experience may be considered if initial training in a CVICU was completed
- Must have hands-on experience with fresh post-operative cardiac cases including CABG, MVR, AVR, and TAVR
- Required experience with advanced cardiac devices: Impella, IABP, and CRRT using PrisMax
- Proficiency in EPIC charting system preferred
- Strong cardiovascular assessment skills including FloTrac/Vigileo monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, and 12-lead EKG
- Experience with ventilator management, chest tube insertion/removal, temporary pacers, and post-op open heart recovery
- Competency in IV therapy including titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips, IV insulin protocols, and administration of blood products
- Must be willing to float within skillset to multiple units as needed
