**Job Description:**

- **Trauma Level:** III — be a part of a dynamic team in our blended ICU setting.
**Position Details:**
- **Role:** RN
- **Specialty:** Blended ICU
- **Number of Openings:** 1
- **Shift:** 3x12s (36 guaranteed hours/week)
- **Call Requirements:** YES
- **Experience Required:** Minimum 2 years of required travel experience
- **Float Requirements:** Intermediate Care Unit as primary RN and ED holding as needed

- **Patient Ratios:** 1:2
- **Equipment Used:** Baxter pumps
- **Electronic Health Record (EHR):** Medhost

**Skills and Certifications:**
- **Required Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NIH
- **Common Diagnoses/Treatments:** STEMI, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbation, Sepsis, CABG, Valve repair/replacement, Acute Respiratory Failure, A. Fib RVR, ETOH Withdrawal, Head Injury, Overdose, Stroke, Trauma, CRRT, TCAR & TVAR
