Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity Cardiac Surgical ICU environment
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients recovering from cardiac surgical procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Respond to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications- Active RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Surgical ICU (CVICU) experience required
- Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required
- Current BLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with post-operative cardiac surgical patient populations
- Familiarity with advanced hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac assist devices
- CCRN or other relevant critical care certification
