Shifts are 12 hours long, running from 07:00 to 19:30 or 19:00 to 07:30. Every other weekend and some holiday work is required. No call duty is included in this position. The role requires delivery of specialized care to patients with cardiothoracic conditions. Candidates should have experience working in acute care settings within the last three years. The nursing team consists of various roles, including charge nurses and RNs. Staff assignments can vary based on patient acuity levels.
