**Exciting Opportunity for a CVICU RN in Beautiful Lake Havasu City, AZ!**
**Job Description:**
- Join a dynamic team at a community hospital and regional referral center
- Enhance your career in our 16-bed ICU with a focus on blended ICU care
- Collaborate with a dedicated team in a Joint Commission Accredited facility
- Enjoy guaranteed 36 hours per week with 3x12 shifts
- Engage with a diverse patient population, including adults and geriatrics
- Experience a manageable patient ratio of 1:2
- Utilize cutting-edge equipment, including Baxter pumps
- Work within an electronic health record (EHR) system: Medhost
**Position Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in CVICU or related specialty
- **Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NIH
- **Skills:** Travel experience preferred; common diagnoses include:
- STEMI, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbation, Sepsis
- CABG, Valve repair/replacement, Acute Respiratory Failure
- A. Fib RVR, ETOH Withdrawal, Head Injury, Overdose
- Stroke, Trauma, CRRT, TCAR & TVAR
**Additional Information:**
- **Orientation:** Weekly
- **Call Requirements:** Yes, will be needed on occasion
- **Float Requirements:** May float to Intermediate Care Unit or ED holding as necessary
