Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: Minimum of 24 months CVICU experience with recent experience in the last 12 months License: Active state license to practice Certifications: - BLS certification from an approved vendor - ACLS certification from an approved vendor Must-Have: - No hits on state license to practice - Driver's license to verify residency - Completed CVICU skills checklist in the last 12 months - Travel experience is highly preferred Description: Navy scrubs are required. Weekends and holidays are per unit guidelines. Candidates are preferred to have 2 years of CVICU experience with a focus on direct open-heart recovery, Impella, and balloon pump experience. Candidates must be flexible with locations, shifts, and departments to secure an offer quickly. No requested time off (RTO) should exceed 7 days. There is no RTO during the first week of the assignment. Candidates must be prepared to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept. It is important to review all background check standards and compliance requirements as soon as possible.
