Manage cases involving congenital heart disease/defects, post-surgical repair, heart failure, arrhythmias, transplant, and VAD. Care for patients ranging from neonatal to young adult, including occasional adult patients with congenital heart disease. Demonstrate proficiency in administering life-saving measures as required. Ensure adherence to established protocols and standards of care. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Engage in ongoing education and professional development to maintain competencies.
