Description:
Deliver high-quality direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Ensure safe, evidence-based interventions aligned with organizational policies and clinical standards.
Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
Evaluate outcomes and adjust treatment to optimize patient safety and recovery.
Administer physician and nursing orders promptly.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and advance quality improvement initiatives.
Lead discharge planning efforts collaboratively.
Work with patients and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe transitions and effective post-acute care planning.
Work primarily with a cardiac surgery patient population, including open heart recovery, heart transplants, and advanced cardiac failure therapies.
