Floating to critical care units may be necessary. The unit performs procedures including chest tube placement, central line placement, and bronchoscopy. This unit operates as an ECMO center with a focus on high-risk patients. Advanced skills in cardiothoracic and vascular surgery are preferred but not required. Dress code includes royal blue scrubs.
