Shifts: Day Shift - 1 CNC and 2:1 nurse to patient ratio; Night Shift - 1 CNC and 2:1 nurse to patient ratio

Key Responsibilities of the RN - CVICU

• Manage ventilators, arterial/central lines, and chest tubes
• Perform hemodynamic monitoring and use Swan Ganz, Art lines
• Collaborate on CABG recovery and CRRT procedures

Requirements of the RN - CVICU

• RN License
• 2 years of critical care experience (adult ICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU)
• Ventilator experience with Art/Central line/Chest tube management skills
• BSN, CCRN preferred
• Meditech experience preferred
