Key Responsibilities of the RN - Cardiology

• Provide specialized care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room
• Assist with complex cardiac procedures such as CABG, AVR/MVR, and ECMO insertion
• Perform endovascular and open vascular procedures
• Work collaboratively with a team of cardiovascular surgical professionals
• Maintain high standards in patient care and safety

Requirements of the RN - Cardiology

• BLS and ACLS certifications
• At least 2 years of exclusive CVOR experience in cardiac and vascular surgery
• Proficient in scrubbing and circulating
