Shift: 3x12 Days Weekend Coverage: Every other but may vary based on need Float to other like units or facilities is required Medication System: Pyxis & Omnicell Documentation System: EPIC - Must have at least 1 year of experience to apply Patient Diagnoses: Adult Patients with chest pain/acute coronary syndrome, cardiac arrhythmias, diabetes, syncope, permanent pacemaker insertion, CVA / TIA / stroke work-up, pneumonia, heart failure, COPD, Sepsis and GI bleeding. Types of Procedures Performed: Cardiac / telemetry monitoring Pulse oximetry TEE, Negative pressure isolation (AFB) Thoracentesis/Paracentesis Dialysis Level 3 administration of continuous intravenous infusions per Prisma Health policy Level 3 IV Push medications for inpatient care per Prisma Health policy Required certs: RN SC license, ALS, BLS and NIHSS Unit is requesting at least 1 year of exp in specialty Unit will review 1st time travelers based on experience.
