Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Monday–Friday | No Weekends or Holidays | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre- and post-procedural nursing care for patients from the Cath Lab, EP Lab, PV Lab, and Interventional Radiology
- Monitor and manage arterial and venous access patients, including radial and ulnar access, and oversee hemostasis of arterial and venous access sites
- Perform telemetry monitoring for applicable patient populations
- Care for Same Day PCI patients and other interventional patient populations
- Serve in a Charge RN capacity as required
- Float to other campus locations as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be in hand at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; first-time travelers welcome
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Telemetry experience required
- Charge RN experience required
- Must pass a compliance EKG exam (2 attempts allowed)
- Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Cath Lab, EP Lab, PV Lab, or Interventional Radiology patient populations
- Familiarity with Same Day PCI patient care protocols
- Strong understanding of hemostasis management for arterial and venous access patients
