Registered Nurse – Cardiac Telemetry (7 West B)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for individuals meeting Med/Surg level of care, including Medicine and Med/Tele status patients
- Monitor and manage patients on a Cardiac Telemetry unit
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with unit and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing experience required
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) only
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Professional nursing certification recognized by the Magnet Association
- Experience in a Cardiac Telemetry or step-down unit setting
