Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience required; cardiac stepdown or similar acute care experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and provide safe, attentive patient care
• Strong cardiac assessment skills and comfort caring for post-procedure or higher-acuity patients
• Completion of required onboarding and compliance documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to cardiac stepdown patients
• Monitor patient condition, assess for changes, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments according to standards of care
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support patient recovery
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately
• Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered care environment
