• Type: Travel nursing assignment

• Shift: Night shift, 12-hour shifts
• Weekly Schedule: 36-hour or 48-hour options available
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: October 12, 2026
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,620 - $1,710
• Orientation: 24 hours
• Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics
• Unit Census: Approximately 12-14 patients

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Experience with telemetry, cardiac stepdown, or intermediate care preferred
• Comfortable caring for a mixed med/surg and stepdown patient population
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Ability to support patient ratios ranging from 1:4 to 1:6
• Willingness to float to med/surg as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to cardiac stepdown and intermediate care patients
• Monitor telemetry and respond promptly to changes in cardiac rhythms and patient condition
• Support care for patients with a variety of med/surg and intermediate care needs
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to manage complex adult and geriatric patients
• Assist with rapid response and code team coordination when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication throughout the shift
• Float to med/surg assignments when required by unit needs
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a busy hospital environment
