Progressive Care / Stepdown Intermediate Care Registered Nurse (PCU RN) – Night Shift

  • Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 18:45 – 07:15 | 36 Hours Per Week
    • Staffing Ratios: 1:4 – 1:5 patient ratio.
    • On-Call Protocol: No on-call requirement.
  • Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract | 1 Open Position

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of recent clinical RN experience in Progressive Care (PCU), Intermediate Care (IMC), or Cardiac Stepdown [HARDSTOP].
  • Clinical Competency Scope [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical management experience with high-acuity medical, cardiac, pre/post-cardiovascular surgery, complex arrhythmia, heart failure, and acute stroke overflow patient populations [HARDSTOP].
  • State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Indiana State RN License or multi-state eNLC Compact RN License [HARDSTOP].
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
    • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
