    Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (primarily 8-hour shifts, 0800–1630)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Serve as the primary Cath Lab RN, providing skilled nursing care throughout cardiac catheterization procedures and recovery
    • Float periodically to the EP (Electrophysiology) lab as needed, and may be required to float to other regional locations
    • Participate in on-call rotation: expected schedule includes approximately 1 night of call per week, 1 weekend per month, and 1 backup call per week; additional call may occasionally be required
    • Adhere to a 30-minute response time requirement when on call — must be ready and on-site within 30 minutes of callback
    • Document patient care accurately using electronic health record systems
    • Comply with all facility health and safety policies, including applicable infection control and vaccination requirements
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Wisconsin RN license required
    • BLS certification required
    • ACLS certification required
    • Minimum 2 years of RN experience; Cath Lab experience with willingness to rotate into EP will be considered
    • Experience working in Cath Lab and/or EP environments
    • All required certifications must be submitted at time of application
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with Epic electronic health record system
    • Prior experience in both Cath Lab and EP settings
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative team-oriented approach
