Key Responsibilities
Perform scrubbing duties and assist with cardiac cath lab procedures including LHC, RHC, PCI, peripheral diagnostic and intervention
Support procedures such as pacemaker insertions, ICD placements, cardioversions, TEEs, tilt table tests, and dobutamine stress tests
Maintain a 3:1 staff-to-patient ratio within the procedural area
Operate and monitor GE Innova Fluoro Systems and Mac Lab equipment
Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
Participate in on-call rotation, including approximately 1–2 call shifts per week and every third weekend (Friday–Sunday)
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Cardiac Cath Lab RN experience
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Scrubbing experience required
Must reside within 30 minutes of the Cath Lab during assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
Holding area experience
Cardiac monitoring experience
2 or more years of Cardiac Cath Lab RN experience
