Job TitleRegistered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab / EP

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Four 10-hour shifts per week (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM when not on call; 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM when on call) | Rotating on-call duties approximately 1 night per week and every 6th weekend (Friday-Monday) | Schedule follows a 6-week rotation with a 4-day weekend built in
Key Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care in a high-volume Cardiac Cath Lab and EP environment performing 15-20 procedures per day
- Assist with a wide variety of procedures including peripheral vascular intervention, cardiac intervention, and cardiac rhythm management
- Support electrophysiology (EP) procedures as part of a multidisciplinary lab team
- Participate in rotating on-call duties, including STEMI call coverage, approximately 1 night per week with weekend call coverage when the call day falls on a Friday
- Accurately document patient care and clinical data using Cerner EMR
Required Qualifications- Active RN licensure in Indiana or compact state eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- ACLS certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- Cerner EMR proficiency required - non-negotiable
- Ability and willingness to take STEMI call and provide flexibility to cover additional call shifts as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills- Electrophysiology (EP) experience strongly preferred
- Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Familiarity with structural heart procedures (not required but a plus)
