    Contract | Days | 4x10-hour varying shifts (shift times range from 0530–1800); on-call obligations include approximately 1 call shift per week and 1 call weekend every 3–4 weeks with a 30-minute response time requirement

    Key Responsibilities
    • Administer and monitor conscious sedation during cardiac and vascular procedures
    • Circulate in a sterile environment across an 8-room fluoroscopy suite and 2 procedural rooms serving an average of 30 patients per day at a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
    • Perform nursing duties for procedures including left and right heart catheterizations, PCIs, temporary and permanent pacemakers, ICDs, EP procedures, TEEs, cardioversions, venous ablations, and peripheral vascular angiograms
    • Utilize department equipment including Pyxis, Epic, XIM (Philips monitoring system), Xcelera, ultrasound, Angiojet, EKOS machines, and Acist contrast injection systems
    • Participate in the on-call mandate list to cover vacant call shifts as needed
    • Badge in and out at the facility for all shifts; scrubs (ceil blue) are provided
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN license in South Dakota or a compact state
    • Active AHA BLS certification required
    • Active ACLS certification required
    • Minimum 2 years of cath lab experience
    • Must live within 80 miles of the facility to be eligible for local placement consideration
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Graduation from an NLN or AACN accredited nursing program strongly preferred
    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
    • Familiarity with Epic electronic health records and Philips-based monitoring systems
    • Experience with EP procedures, TEEs, cardioversions, and peripheral vascular angiograms
