Job Description The Cardiac Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular, vascular, and radiology procedures. The role requires expert clinical judgment, advanced hemodynamic monitoring skills, and the ability to respond rapidly to emergent situations in a fast-paced procedural environment.

Cardiac Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse Needed:

Shift:

0700-1730 4 days a week (M-F) with call potential any of the 7 days of the week

Requirements

CA RN License

BLS

ACLS

Experience:

Cardiac procedure experience

Cardiac Cath Lab

Coronary angiograms

Intra-aortic balloon pump

Impella

ECMO

They will be taking call for emergencies and need to be up to date and proficient on these types of procedure

Job Description

The Cardiac Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular, vascular, and radiology procedures. The RN is responsible for the assessment, preparation, monitoring, sedation management, and recovery of patients before, during, and after invasive procedures. Working collaboratively with physicians, technologists, and multidisciplinary team members, the RN ensures high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with safety, regulatory, and professional standards. The role requires expert clinical judgment, advanced hemodynamic monitoring skills, and the ability to respond rapidly to emergent situations in a fast-paced procedural environment. Participation in an on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
