Job TitleRegistered Nurse - Interventional Radiology (IR) / Special Procedures

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Expected 40 hours/week | 6-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Provide intra-procedural nursing care within the Interventional Radiology department
- Monitor and assess patients throughout IR procedures, ensuring safety and clinical stability
- Participate in on-call rotation, with up to 12 call days expected per assignment, including at least one weekend
- Collaborate with the procedural team to support efficient and safe patient care delivery
- Maintain ACLS and BLS certifications as required throughout the duration of the assignment
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Texas
- ACLS certification required - must be included in submission packet
- BLS certification required - must be included in submission packet
- Experience in Interventional Radiology or Special Procedures nursing
- No time-off requests or special scheduling accommodations can be accommodated for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel or rapid response nursing experience
- Familiarity with intra-procedural monitoring and IR-specific equipment
- Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced clinical environments with minimal orientation
