    Registered Nurse – Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology Manager

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead strategic growth initiatives that expand cardiovascular and interventional procedural services in partnership with physicians, clinical leaders, and multidisciplinary teams.
    • Build and sustain a positive, accountable, and collaborative department culture focused on teamwork, trust, and clinical excellence.
    • Inspire and develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentorship, and servant leadership.
    • Identify and implement innovative process improvements that enhance patient care, efficiency, quality, and financial stewardship.
    • Promote patient safety, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence across all aspects of departmental operations.
    • Manage staffing around the clock across a fast-paced, multi-suite procedural environment supporting coronary, neuro, EP, and IR case volumes.
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Illinois or eligibility to obtain Illinois licensure.
    • Minimum of 2 years of supervisor-level or above leadership experience.
    • Clinical experience in Cardiac Catheterization Lab and/or Neuro Interventional Radiology.
    • Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Leadership experience in Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Interventional Radiology, or another procedural services environment with demonstrated success in operational improvements and quality initiatives.
    • Experience managing budgets, productivity, staffing, and departmental performance metrics.
    • Knowledge of cardiovascular and interventional procedural workflows, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
