Contract | Days, 4x10-Hour Shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM) | On-Call Required (1 week on, 3 weeks off) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab setting within a short-term acute care facility
- Administer and monitor conscious sedation during cardiac and interventional radiology procedures
- Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR
- Participate in on-call rotation (1 week on, 3 weeks off) as required
- Float to Interventional Radiology (IR) as needed to meet facility demands within scope of practice
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license or valid compact license at time of submittal (no pending licenses accepted)
- Minimum of 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab RN experience
- Experience in Interventional Radiology (IR) required
- Conscious sedation skills required
- Cerner EMR experience required
- Current ACLS and BLS/BCLS certifications required
- COVID-19 vaccination required (medical or religious exemptions accepted)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- First-time travelers considered if candidate has strong, qualifying Cardiac Cath Lab RN experience
- Familiarity with EKG interpretation (pass/fail exam required upon onboarding)
