    Job Title

    Travel RN – Cardiac Cath Lab

    Location

    Richmond, Virginia

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM | On-call required some weekdays and weekends

    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform and assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations in a 3-lab cath lab environment
    • Support complex PCI procedures, peripheral cases, and occasional device placements
    • Assist with hemodynamic support devices including Impella and intra-aortic balloon pump
    • Maintain a staffing ratio of 3 staff per room alongside a team of RNs and cardiovascular technologists
    • Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
    • Respond to call-back requests and report to the facility within 30 minutes when on call
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an interventional cardiac cath lab
    • Required certification: RN; RCIS or RT certification also required
    • Proficiency with GE X-ray and MacLab equipment
    • Experience with Meditech EMR
    • Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality
    • Ability to report to the facility within 30 minutes when on call
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in a high-volume cath lab managing complex cases
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity procedural environment
